While the world changes, the CROSS stand firm”. Abide Bangalore held their Annual Way of the cross at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Jalahalli on 19th March 2022. The Stations were held at the beautiful Rosary garden in the church premises. Over 120 faithful in Christ’s name joined the walk as we reflected on the Passion of Christ. It was a blessed experience with many parishes coming in unison and joining in the Journey towards the cross. This year being the Year dedicated to families, every station was dedicated to a family member - we had participation from a small child to a grandparent. The event had people of all ages come and cherish what Jesus had done for us.

The soulful singing of the present youth of the church added meaning to the time of reflection. It was concluded with adoration in the Church where everyone gathered surrendered themselves for Christ understanding the pain He took for each of them as he stood strong until his last breath, until every drop of blood from His body was shed so that our sins may be washed.

Everyone left home with one beautiful message- “Because he died, we LIVE”
